OUR APPROACH

Thoughtful exploration.
Clear boundaries.

The commitments guiding this learning project and its personal formulations.

Describe the work honestly

The notebook records Maria’s personal experiments, earlier planning documents and questions for further study. A draft formula is not the same as a completed test, and a personal account is not an independent assessment.

Some typed planning records were compiled with digital and AI assistance. They need checking; they are not presented as laboratory reports or evidence of professional qualification.

Keep experience, tradition and evidence distinct

Personal experience describes what one person has explored. Cultural context explains why an ingredient or practice matters to people. Research evidence asks what can be reasonably concluded beyond that experience. We aim to identify each clearly.

Use the creations only personally at this stage

No formulations are available for purchase, sampling or use by others. No therapeutic outcomes, certifications or suitability for pregnancy, breastfeeding, babies or children are claimed. “Natural” describes an aspiration for ingredients; it does not establish safety.

Develop knowledge before a public release

Further education, accurate ingredient identities, repeatable batch records, suitable testing and appropriate independent professional advice are part of the work ahead. Collaborators will be named only after they are engaged and have agreed how their contribution is described.

Make references visible

The learning journal links to its health-information sources. The formulation notebook identifies where earlier working documents exist and where only a personal account has been recorded. Original draft documents are labelled as such, including their limitations.

Revise as understanding grows

These entries are a starting point. Corrections and further observations will be added as records are checked and knowledge develops. Original experimentation dates and later summaries will be identified separately.
